I think he's just been in a bad situation, and sometimes it takes really searching yourself to find out what's going on ... I wish I had an answer ... A couple of weeks ago I really thought I had something lined up and it kind of slipped away. I was thinking, 'I've got to regroup and try something else.' What I want to do is be competitive and run up front. I don't care what the vehicle looks like that I run in.

I had a ball, I felt like a little 16-year-old kid running up front, running for the lead and racing with these guys that race every single week ... It was a ton of fun to sit on the pole and be competitive all race. I got a little too tight at the end. I used up my tires from lap 170 to 190 trying to g...
that same wreck could have happened at several racetracks. It happened at Pocono, which is probably one of the most underdeveloped from a safety standpoint. There are a lot of things that are out there that need to be revised, but with a different perspective put on them. Elliott Sadler has got a good p...
We had a great run going and he kept chopping me off, chopping me off, chopping me off ... I guess his spotter told him to block me. He waited too late and we got hooked. It messed our car up.
I forgot what to do. This is big. I was really excited to see Elliott Sadler win yesterday in the Truck Series and I kind of feel the same right now. We know we have a great team and I know I can do it behind the wheel and we were able to prove it today.
To be able to run triple duty at a place like this is going to be a lot of fun for me, and just looking forward to working with the guys on Nationwide side here (at KHI)
Towards the end, I had Elliott Sadler in front of me, Kasey Kahne behind me. I had all of these really good drivers I was racing – not just racing, but passing. It was a really cool feeling. I had a great time out there
If I have to go back to Nationwide or go back to the Truck (series) and get my chance and opportunity to win races, you’ll see Elliott Sadler do that instead of go somewhere where there’s a start-and-park (car) or ride around ... That’s not me. I’m way too competitive for that. I don’t have a big enough...
The race was over and all of a sudden you saw the No. 14 [of Tony Stewart] and No. 26, I think Boris Said was driving, were hitting each other. Then here came Elliott Sadler and he hits the No. 24 [of Gordon]. I was like, ‘Wow, this is more exciting than the race.’
I listen to radio shows and I listen to what media people have to say sometimes
The pressure still is going to be there because I want to win so badly
I remember crossing the white (flag) when you know there’s no more green-white-checkered, and I started bawling crying in the truck
That was a huge win for me – a huge boost to my confidence
Pulling up in Harvick’s truck, I know we’re going to be competitive
A lot of times any race that’s shorter ends up being a little more exciting, it seems ... There’s just more of a sense of urgency and you can get good racing whether you’re on a big track or a short track.
I'm a big fan of the track, because it gives you a lot of options as a driver to move your car around and find a line that works best ... Having options out on the racetrack is a good thing.
This is such a unique opportunity ... It was just one massive blow all at one time, just like a knockout punch ... We were made aware that it's the highest ever recorded wreck in NASCAR history. When a situation like I had last week occurs, you realize just how much work NASCAR and the teams have done and exactly how important implementing ...
